As a kid, I always thought that 40 was ancient and now i'm rapidly 46 I now knowwhat my mother meant when she said "Life begins at 40" and you know you're getting old when "Every police officer looks like a teenager"
My children are in their mid to late teens, 15,16,17 and 18 (I think we went through quite a period of repeats on the TV) and now they are really independent and fortunately very sensible, leaving me with extra time to pursue other interests.
The good thing is, i'm a long way off, being over the hill. I exercise regular and run a couple of miles every evening. I still maintain a good sense of humour which I find to be important.
Are you over 40 like me, but "not over the hill", what do you do to keep feeling young, even if your like me and feel younger than you look.
Lets share our many life experiences.

Now running further and faster, but need to have my music playing to stop me from getting bored, it also provides quite a boost as i love music.0 points
